Who We Are
The Christian Social Service Society (CSSS) is a registered non-governmental organization rooted in the Christian faith and dedicated to the holistic development of marginalized communities in Uttar Pradesh, India.
Founded near Zion Church in Badausa, our organization bridges the gap between need and opportunity — providing education to children, healthcare to families, vocational training to youth, and dignity to every individual we serve.
We operate in alignment with Christian values of love, service, and justice — serving people of all faiths, castes, and backgrounds without discrimination.
What We Do
We run evidence-based programs that create lasting change across education, health, livelihood, and social welfare in rural Uttar Pradesh.
We run tuition centers, scholarship programs, and school dropout prevention initiatives for underprivileged children, particularly girls and children from marginalized communities.
Our mobile health camps, free medicine distribution, and health awareness programs serve hundreds of families who lack access to basic healthcare in rural areas.
We conduct skill development workshops, self-help group formations, and literacy programs designed to empower women with economic independence and social confidence.
CSSS supports small farmers and daily wage workers with training, tools, and connections to government schemes to build sustainable livelihoods and food security.
We work to protect children from exploitation, child labour, and trafficking through awareness campaigns, safe spaces, and coordination with local authorities.
Clean water access, toilet construction, menstrual hygiene awareness, and community sanitation drives are part of our commitment to basic human dignity for all.
